Being apart of months of planning turned into such a meaningful celebration showed me how much joy, intention, and love go into every detail. From that moment, I knew I wanted to spend my career intentionally creating meaningful celebrations of your love stories.
That experience sparked a passion for creating weddings that are not only beautiful, but also deeply personal. Hi, I am Kara - the beating heart behind Vine & Veil Co.
I am a wedding planner, coordinator, and the biggest believer that your wedding day should feel as joyful and rooted in love as you have always imagined. My passion for weddings began after helping bring my mom's wedding to life. Watching her day come to life made me fall in love with the process, and wedding days are when couples have the blessing to commit and share their unique love.
I love getting to know each couple, learning what makes their relationship unique, and turning those little details into a one-of-a-kind day that truly reflects who you are! Whether I'm building timelines, styling tables, or making sure every candle is lit before guests arrive, my goal is simple: to serve you so your day runs as smoothly as possible, so you can be fully present in every moment.
When I'm not planning weddings, you'll usally find me exploring local coffee shops, nannying the sweetest kiddos, at church, spending time with loved ones, hiking, or most likely dreaming up new design ideas. I'm so blessed you're here, and I can't wait to celebrate this beautiful season with you!
